ODD POD is a co-working space managed by and adjacent to Pickathon in the New New Crusher Court in Portland, Oregon.
New New Crusher Court (NNCC) is the first shrinking project by Guerrilla Development (GD). By peeling off the center of the roof and planting trees and grass and shrubs in the newly created ‘doughnut’, Guerrilla Development is creating a light-filled Shangri-La that will only be discovered by folk invited into the deep core of the building. What was once an auto shop is now home to creative offices in the back and tiny fun shops in the front. Sand blasted beams, tall ceilings, and raw open spaces make NNCC a great locale for Guerrilla’s permanent office space.

Pickathon festival is a nexus of music, design, art, food & drink, sustainability and community held at Pendarvis Farm in Happy Valley in early August. Pickathon film produces custom video series featuring the festival's 60+ artists within a variety of unique stage and sessions environments.
